Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Thinking about working with us?
Here are some of the questions new clients often ask.
How do I know if your services are right for me?
If you’re starting to think seriously about retirement and want expert guidance to help you move from feeling anxious and uncertain to calm and confident, I can help.
I work with clients across different stages of the retirement journey – from those in their early 50s who want to start putting strong foundations in place, to those in their 60s who want to ensure their financial affairs are in order before stepping away from full-time work.
With decades of experience and a clear, practical approach, I help demystify what can feel like an overwhelming process and support you to retire with certainty.
You can find more information on the Emu Wealth Solutions page.
What happens during the first call?
The first step is a complimentary 15-minute call, where we’ll talk through your current situation and what you’re hoping to achieve.
I’ll explain how I work, the advice process, and the types of outcomes I typically help clients work towards. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll then schedule a one-hour Discovery Meeting, where we’ll dive deeper into the details and begin shaping a clear, considered strategy – whether that’s retirement planning, transitioning into retirement, or estate planning.
There’s no obligation at this stage – it’s simply about clarity and fit.
What results have you achieved for clients?
Every client’s situation is different, shaped by factors such as their assets, investments, family circumstances, timeframes and personal goals.
That said, the one outcome my clients consistently share is peace of mind. They feel clearer about where they stand, more confident in the decisions they’re making, and reassured that their financial strategy is aligned with the life they want to live – both now and into the future.
